The DeSoto Charter Chapter was chartered
on July 28, 1977 with a focus on education.
Over the years,
our membership has experienced changes in meeting places, membership, and
diversity. However, one constant has remained and that is our quest
for knowledge. We continue to focus on education by CONNECTING with others
in friendship, through training, recognition, and leadership—and through
scholarship. We believe our chapter expresses the SPIRIT of ABWA;
therefore, our Newsletter is called "The Spirit."
